Gipsy Hill Federation comprises of a group of schools who work collaboratively together to raise achievement and standards for their pupils. Much of the journey to outstanding for the schools has relied on evidence based inclusive practice; high quality professional development and developing leadership capacity across the schools. Laleh has supported all the schools in the Federation to become outstanding places of education.
In recent years, she has supported the schools through leadership and system changes. Laleh believes that schools are at their best when the vision and ethos of the school are clearly communicated by school leaders to all stakeholders.
